Katy Forman

Katy has been in the training field for over ten years facilitating adults, children, and athletes. She was a coach for ten years (field hockey, soccer, basketball and lacrosse) before focusing on the speed/agility/sports specific training of the athletes. She was a varsity level coach for both the Middle Country School District and North Babylon School District. She assisted The NYS Empire team in 2007 and coached for various travel programs. Her experience for speed, agility, strength and sports specific training includes youth level athletes to collegiate and Olympic athletes. Katy has since then developed a successful adult fitness program in which she has created personalized training programs and nutritional guidance for each individual reaching their goals. Within the program, the classes consists of high intensity training incorporating speed, strength, agility, and athletic movements for the various fitness levels in the class.

Half Marathons: Long Island Half 05, 07, Disney 12, Tough Mudder 12
Fitness Shows: Fitness Atlantic Bikini Competitor 07, New England Natural Figure 09 (3rd place in open division), Fitness Atlantic Bikini and Model Competitor (10th overall)
Currently a team member of Bombshell Fitness team based out of Daytona Beach, Florida
Other Related Experience: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, NAGA 06, PA Open (1st place) 06 , Crossfit Long Island regional team 2010, various other races including biathlons, triathlons, and bike tours. Her high school background is of girls basketball and lacrosse.
Michael Parker

Michael has taken his passion for healthy lifestyle and being active to another level. As a parent, he understands the need for physical activity and laying the groundwork for a healthy lifestyle.
He believes in raising kids to be strong, healthy, confident and all while having fun and giving them the opportunity to excel. He has developed a multi-service facility for the entire family to enjoy whether you are a beginner, a hard-core athlete, or fitness buff. This facility is for all ages, and levels!

Awilda has been an enthusiastic and motivating cardio kickboxing instructor and adult fitness trainer for the past three years. Her commitment to fitness and encouraging attitude has been shaping the lives of many and she continues to aid clients to transform themselves into their goals.
Donald Brown
Basketball and Speed Agility

Donald played Division 1 basketball at Bucknell University where he played a major role in beating Kansas, Pitt, Syracuse, Arkansas, and Depaul. Following graduation he also played professionally in a number of top European leagues. After ending his pro basketball career and becoming a Basketball Athletic Performance coach, Donald started a company called One Step Ahead Athletics which aimed to improve the athleticism of basketball players who strive to become better and gain an edge over their opponents, as he once did. One Step Ahead is where Donald has trained with and trained players ranging from 10 year olds to players in the NBA.
Kristin Godfrey

Kristin has excelled as a certified personal trainer for 9 years and has an extensive background in athletics. She has worked at various fitness clubs and has provided one-on-one training, group training, and specialized classes for elite athletes. She has worked closely with collegiate teams to improve their strength and conditioning. She has also worked closely with children that have disabilities and has helped children to build their self-esteem. Kristin played at C.W. Post and was captain of the NCAA Division II National Championship lacrosse team. She has received NYACC and ECC All-Conference, IWLCA All-North Region, and Pre-Season All-American awards. She has played in Australia on the USA International team and competed in the Down Under Cup. She also played on the Woman's Irish National Lacrosse Team and competed in the European World Cup in Lahti, Finland and was featured in The Ultimate Athlete Magazine. Kristin's goal is to provide you with a workout that will challenge you and keep you coming back for more!

Danielle Baldwin

Danielle has excelled as a certified personal trainer for the past few years and has an extensive background in athletics. She has a collegiate level cheerleading background as well as various marathons, races, and is a bikini fitness competitor. She trains one-on-one training, group training, and specialized classes for bootcamps. She has helped to build both children and adults self-esteem while assisting them to achieve their many fitness goals. Danielle is a motivating trainer that will without a doubt get you to the next level.
